At SHRAFEMART, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. 7-Day Return Policy

You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

2. Damaged or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at info@shrafemart.com so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:

  • Personal care goods (like trimmers or wellness products for hygiene reasons).

  • Items on Clearance/Final Sale.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we will provide a store credit or bank transfer.

5. Shipping Costs

Unless the item is damaged or wrong, the customer will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
